Our whiskey and bourbon, homemade at our whiskey distillery
White Dog Whiskey
We use a 78% corn mash bill with rye and malted barley. The corn and rye are grown on our farms, distilled on site, aged in our white oak barrels, and bottled right here in Higbee, Missouri.
Pecan Whiskey
Aged 6 months in white oak barrel, then three years in a pecan barrel. All flavor comes strictly from the barrel. No added pecan flavorings or syrups.
Elk Creek Whiskey
We use a 78% corn mash bill with rye and malted barley. The corn and rye are grown on our farms, distilled on site, aged in our white oak barrels, and bottled right here in Higbee, Missouri.
Elk Creek Bourbon
Our bourbon uses the same whiskey mash bill and field to bottle process. We age our bourbon for a minimum of three years in our white oak barrels.
Bull Rye Whiskey
If you like a little spice in your whiskey, Bull Rye is for you. Our 78% rye mash bill is completed with corn and malted barley.
Coconut Rum
Our coconut rum is only sold at Woodsmen’s, so if you like rum in your drink, you’re sure to love ours, as we pay close attention to quality and flavor.
Take a tour at our distillery in Mid-Missouri
If that list sounds enticing, come visit our distillery in Higbee, Missouri for a facility tour and tasting. We hold tours every Saturday from 12pm to 6pm, with new tours every hour.
